Cody - William Campbell High School - Class of 2022 - VA Senior Photographer

Shooting at William Campbell’s baseball field was pretty awesome! Why? Because it’s flat. So many fields in this area are down in a hole or surrounded by trees or buildings. It being flat and open allowed me to use the sun as a pretty cool backdrop for Cody’s pictures! So Yah!

Hat Creek Golf Course provided a perfect back drop for Cody’s Golf pictures and his casuals! And I got to make my mother in law nervous going up the hills in the golf cart because she was helping me that day :) hahaha Thanks Cody for having me take your senior portraits! Have a fantastic year!

Noah - 2021 Senior - Baseball, Racing, Cars, Golf Senior Portraits - Lynchburg VA

Noah has a lot of interests and I did my best to capture all of it! I am pretty sure Noah won’t want to take anymore pictures for awhile. He was a good sport though. I really enjoyed getting to capture his many interests and that 57 Chevy was beautiful! I almost didn't ask them to open the trunk but so glad I did it was a perfect place for him to sit and my favorite out of all of his images!!

I love that Noah has all of these interests! It is important to be well rounded. I mean.. he’s working on a race car with his Dad and Grandfather, the memories alone are worth it, but there is also the mechanical aspect of that. Learning Team work on the baseball team. The solitude of golf and having an interest that will take him past high school into adult hood. Again something he can do with is Dad too! Appreciating that beautiful 57 Chevy that belongs to his Grandfather! I hate that this past year has taken away some of these things from our kids and teens and I hope that they all come back soon. They will really miss out on part of learning and growing if it doesn’t. Learning isn’t just about what is inside of our textbooks.

Daegan - Rustburg High - Class of 2017 - Senior Photography

We shot Daegan's senior portraits on his family's  farm in Brookneal.  Daegan is the catcher for the 2016 Rustburg State Champs baseball team so we did a sports session as well at the baseball field.  He loves to hunt and loves his truck so we worked that into his session as well!  I love getting to shoot a variety of interests for my seniors!!!  

Daegan hopes to play baseball in college somewhere and I wish him the best in his final baseball season at Rustburg!
