Riley Volleyball - RHS - Lynchburg Virginia Senior Photographer

Not gonna lie... I love indoor sports sometimes.  Especially when I'm shooting in the summer.  I don't have to worry about rain, bugs, where the sun is, and the heat.  So I was excited to shoot Riley's volleyball portraits.  I really l love the setting ones!  And her purple nail polish.  Normally I would say go with neutral nails, but some rules where made to be broken and I love the pop of color and I am very partial to purple!

Riley - Rustburg High - Class of 2018 - Alison Creasy Lynchburg Senior Photographer

Riley... man o man... what a session!  I hadn't been to Mariner's Landing in years and when I went I didn't get to look around at the beach, docks and etc.  I knew there would be places to shoot but I didn't realize it would be this fabulous.  Shooting on a Saturday in September it was pretty empty which was a plus.  We had tons of variety with the buildings, trees, docks, and beach.

It was awesome to have her Grandma, sister and friend with her.  Her friend was kind enough to be sure my light didn't fall off the dock when the wakes came through.  They also helped make her laugh!

Thank you Riley for asking me to shoot your senior portraits!  I had a wonderful evening shooting with you!  Good luck with the rest of your senior year!

Alexis Cheer - ACHS - Alison Creasy Senior Athlete Photographer

I got the chance to photograph Alexis on her home field in Raider County.  We went onto the bleachers, under the bleachers, and on the field.  We got lucky as they were lining and numbering the field while we were there.  So by the time we went onto the field it was freshly marked!  Awesome!  Always enjoy working with cheerleaders!  Everything is better with Pom-poms!!

Alexis - Appomattox High - Class of 2018- Virginia Senior Photography

I got to photograph this sweet Appomattox High School senior  at Evergreen Lavender Farm!  We had an awesome evening.  We had to wait out a downpour but went back to it once it passed.  We got a purple sunset which seems fitting since we were on a lavender farm.  Her little cousin, whom she adores, came along and I got a shot of them walking to our next spot.  Thank you Alexis for asking me to capture your senior portraits.  I have truly enjoyed working with you.

Haley Cheer - RHS - Alison Creasy Senior Photography

We shot Haley's tumbling at The Edge in Lynchburg.  She asked to get a few with her tumbling coach and I was more than happy to do so.  I am pretty sure Mariah has been a big help and influence on Haley's cheer and tumbling!  Haley cheers at Rustburg on sideline and competition.  I enjoyed the challenge of getting her tumbling.  It wasn't easy that's for sure.  Poor thing had to make more than a few passes ;) It was good practice, for both of us!  Lol!
